  • What forms of payment do you take?
    You can currently pay using most major debit and credit cards. In fact, we use Paypal and Globalcollect, two of the most used payment platforms in the online shop world. We do not store or receive your credit card details. When you pay, your data is collected and processed directly by trusted payment services (Paypal and Globalcollect) as mentioned above.
  • when placing an order i got an error message stating that their has been an authorisation failure. What went wrong
    Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.
  • Do you offer back orders?
    No, we do not offer back orders. Out of stock orders will be cancelled and refunded.
  • How long does it take to recieve my refund?
    You will get your refund within 14 days from the moment you send us prove that your returned goods have been shipped (e.g. shipping receipt from the currier). Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account.
  • Can i change or cancel my order once it's complete?
    Provided it has not been prepared already, we still may be able to modify your order. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible. If we cannot manage to change your order, you still can return your items, get a full refund and place a new order.
