If we cannot manage to change your order, you still can return your items, get a full refund and place a new order.

No, we do not offer back orders. Out of stock orders will be cancelled and refunded.

You will get your refund within 14 days from the moment you send us prove that your returned goods have been shipped (e.g. shipping receipt from the currier).
